Wouldn't it be great to win a free cruise for two? Here's your chance, Cruise Loggers. USA TODAY and Princess Cruises today are launching a contest that will give 10 lucky couples the chance to sail for free on the line's newest ship, the 3,070-passenger Ruby Princess.
The 10 finalists of the Romance on the Ruby cruise contest, as it's being called, will win an all-expense paid trip for two to the inaugural festivities and two-night sailing of the vessel out of Ft. Lauderdale, Nov. 6-8. The Grand Prize Winner, meanwhile, also will win a week-long voyage for two on the Ruby Princess.

Entering the contest is simple. For the launch of its newest ship, Princess is celebrating romantic moments and milestones (it is the Love Boat line, after all) and it plans to award the cruises to the couples who can make the best case for why they deserve a romantic getaway on the vessel. To enter, couples must submit a short essay (no more than 250 words) by Oct. 3 on what romantic moment or milestone they want to celebrate on the ship (think wedding proposals, honeymoons, anniversaries, etc.) and why they deserve the cruise the most...
