Carnival Glory and Carnival Paradise both earned perfect scores during a recent visit with the United States Public Health.The inspection is made up of 42 items, all which Carnival scored 100%.
The unannounced inspections, which are conducted twice a year and required for any cruise ship with an international itinerary calling at a U.S. port, evaluate vessels in a wide variety of areas, including adherence to proper food handling, preparation and storage procedures, and overall galley cleanliness. Ships’ potable water supplies used in spas and pools are evaluated, as well.
The 2,974-passenger Carnival Glory is currently operating a schedule of four- to seven-day Canada/New England cruises from New York, while 2,052-passenger Carnival Paradise is offering three- and four-day Baja cruises from Long Beach.
