EOS Eastern Carb. shore excursions

We will be on the EOS in April doing the Eastern Caribbean. Any suggestions for shore excursions? We have 2 children 8 & 13 and like to snorkel, beach lounge and sail. We usually like to book our own shore excursions. Our stops are San Juan, Nassau, st. Thomas, St. Maarten. Any help will be appreciated.
