Labadee

We just got word that our Malfini Beach excursion for our January 25 sailing on the Mariner has been cancelled due to inclement weather they have been having. We are extremely disappointed. Does anyone else have any suggestions for the other excursions?

Labadee is a beach day. They have alot of jet skies and other water rides. It is a very nice day to unwind and since it is private you will have a great time. Enjoy.

The Waverunners are fun. The water is pretty choppy there, so hang on tight!
Honestly...you don't need any excursions there. Just kick back. Try out a hammock...with a view!

Due to recent inclement weather and PROBLEMS AT THE BEACH. Don't think all the problems r due to the weather????????

There is more political unrest in Haiti. I have had a few cruises where the island was skipped because of problems.

Do you know...if they skip the island, do they go to a different port or just have another day at sea? My husband and I sail May 1st on the EOS....

Of the times that we skipped Labadee they just sailed much slower to the next port of call. It was a sea day!

From what they said in the e-mail, we willl still be going to the island because they suggested picking another excursion. My boyfriend and I were both really looking forward to Malfini Beach. I found out he had planned on proposing there, so his plans got a little fouled up.
