    Keith,thanks for getting to the review so quickly. We are booked in April and I love reading everything about the Mariner that I can get my hands on..Sounds like you had a great time....Now back to the real world.Of course the "real world" is what allows us to take fabulous cruise vacations

    Keith,

    Thanks for the review! Looking forward to sailing in September. We have been on Explorer and are bringing some newbies with us this time on the Mariner.

    SweetPea, are you sailing on the 12th? (How do you get the countdown to post on your screen?)

    Re: Mariner Review

    Mary,
    We are cruising on Sept. 26th. The hosts for the count down clocks will be doing away with it before long. I thought Dec. 1st but it's still working. I don't know for how much longer. I'm not even sure if it's keeping the right time. We leave Sunday September 26 for the Western cruise.

    Keith,
    We got a great deal on a D1 balcony on deck 9 on the bubble. This will be our first RCCL cruise and can't wait. Especially after your great review. It would be neat to meet someone from the board so let me know if you and your family decide on this date to cruise. Didn't you do the western this last time? Guess you'll want to do the eastern next time? Still, let me know what you decide. Like I said it would be great to meet someone one from our cruise addicts family.

    Take care everyone:wave

    Re: Mariner Review

    Sweetpea,
    I looked at the Eastern and it does not have a stop at Labadee and my kids had a great time when we stopped there, so that is why we may be doing the Western again.

    We are also looking at the possibility of booking on the new Jewel of the Seas which is a Radiance class ship. It's maiden voyage is scheduled for April of next year and it is supposed to have alot of the same features as the Voyager Class ships.

    Have a great night

    Keith;

    thanks for the awesome review. We are sailing in October 2004. We have been on the "smaller" Royal Caribbean ships, so this will be blast. I like the idea that we will have 3 days out to sea. We are doing the Eastern cruise, cat E1. Can't wait.

    Thanks again
