Breakfast & Lunch in the dinning room ?????

Hi Everyone,
Not much is ever mentioned about the dinningroom menus for lunch and breakfast on the HAL cruiseships ( or any for that matter) , I heard it was open seating but what types of food do they serve ???

Breakfast and lunch are the same as any received at a restaurant. You will be seated in the order you arrive at the dining room. Food is always (my opinion) company not always nice and conversation can suffer. But if you are watching your weight, this can keep you off of the buffet lines.
