If you have an overnight stop on Maui, go see the Old Lahaina Luau. It is one of the best in the islands. Intimate venue, fun activities prior to the luau entertainment. Good food and drinks. The main show does not do audience participation, it is devoted to a history of the islands told in dance. Enjoy your trip!

Old Lahaina Luau ... Maui Luaus, Old Lahaina Maui Luau | Official Website

Be aware that the OLL features only the dances and culture of the Hawaiian Islands....you will not see fire dancers or Maori dancers. That being said it is considered by many to be the best luau in the islands.

You might also want to consider the Feast at Lele. FEAST AT LELE|OFFICIAL WEBSITE|MAUI'S FINE DINING POLYNESIAN DINNER SHOW

The Feast at Lele seats you at a table with only your party. The courses that are served are from the different islands of Polynesia and the entertainment that is offered matches up with the course you are eating at the time. This one also gets excellent reviews.

Both of these luaus are offered only on Maui. If I were visiting Hawaii and wanted to attend a luau I would choose one of these!

    Aloha!
