Italian Love Cake
Italian Love Cake
Servings: 12 to 15
1 box Duncan Hines’ Marble Cake mix
2 pounds Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Prepare Duncan Hines’ Marble Cake mix as per package instructions and set it aside.
Pour cake batter in greased 9-by-13-inch pan. Mix cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Pour cheese mixture on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Cool completely.
For the frosting, mix together 1 small package of instant chocolate pudding, 1 cup cold milk and fold in one 8-ounce container of Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Frost cooled cake.Donna - dsw
