Good Morning @ddict friends
Well its Mon again. At last we had a rain free perfect weekend. The showers they said we were going to get never came. They say this week will be nice in the low to mid 80's with little chance of rain. Sounds good to me.
I ddint do much yesterday just sat on the porch & enjoyed the weather. Late afternoon my daughter & grandaughter stoped in for a visit, so that was nice.
No plans for the day here yet. I have plenty I could do but finding the energy to do it is another thing.
Sounds like the @ddicts on the Alaska adventure had a nice day yesterday & saw some amazing sights. Hope they have nice weather this week.

Seeing a house at lunch tomorrow - let's hope it's the one we rent!

Good morning gang. Rather dreary here. A few sprinkles off & on, just enough to get the ground wet & keep the little ones inside! Hopoefully it will clear off in a couple of hrs.

Went on my walk with DD yesterday. I really enjoy our time together chatting & since DD is a runner (4-5 miles a day), her taking the time to walk 2 miles with me is pretty special. She doesn't even break a sweat but me, I'm usually dripping by the time we get done. We try to walk at least 2 times a wk. I've shed about 8 lbs over the past 6 wks--every little bit helps.

Got the rest of my flowers planted yersterday & found I need a few more packs to fill in this 1 area; fortunately the prices are dropping so it shouldn't cost too much & just as I was about to mow the grass, it started to rain. Depending how today goes weatherwise, I may mow the grass after the kids are gone.

Not much else from here. Enjoy your day.

Partly cloudy with temps in the mid 70's today. Nice for working outdoors in the flower garden. I've been up early and got the chores out of the way, except for another load of laundry to finish.
I might stop by the used book store and see what they have in. I still have a good amount of credit from selling some of my books.

Good morning. It is a cloudy but so far dry day. Alf & I went shopping yesterday & got new slacks for the cruise plus a few odds & ends. Today I need to move the mop around & go to the Y.

We had a storm move through here at dinner time yesterday. We had rain and wind - but other areas got hail.

Suppose to be sunny until after lunch time. Possibility of storms again this afternoon.

Good morning Jan and Ramblers. Up and getting ready to start another exciting day...glacier viewing in Glacier Bay again today. Just about ready to pop out to Maw's Breakfast Club....it looks like Leatherneck is "sleeping in" this morning LOL.

We've been having a great time. Yesterday Red and E hosted a lovely high tea in their cabin while we cruised into Hubbard Bay/Glacier. WOW did O'd Mother Hubbard give us a grand show with calving! Afterwards Maw, Paw, Leatherneck and I headed down for formal night #3...we went to tea all dressed and ready. Tonight the 4 of us have a reservation in Sterling's Steak House.

As Cruise Cutie would say - in zoom mode around here! lol

Had to run into work this am and sign time sheets - could not get to work from Iphone or my home computer. Stopped at Target and picked up a few things - then hit the bank and bought some flowers to plant to keep the rabitts from eating all my lillies!

Now doing laundry and getting ready to pack for our trip to FL tomorrow.

Also, got online this am and rented our cabin for my nieces weddng in October - will be some quality tme with my mom, sister, bil and Jim and I. This way my sister's cabin can be for her family and the wedding party. Here is where we will be staying!

Good afternoon everyone. Sounds like the cruisers are having a wonderful time and I wish I could be there. I have got to get to Alaska someday.

I had a great time on our girls trip last week. Now it's back to work and taking care of things around here. Jules is working 12 hours AGAIN today. He says it should be winding down. He worked 6 days last week, at least 12 hours every day so I don't even think he noticed I was gone.

Ashley has her hand operated on tomorrow. Please keep her in your prayers that all goes well with the surgery and she has an uneventful recovery.
