    Re: MAW'S SUNDAY OFFICE RAMBLE

Good Sunday Morning Maw and Ramblers

We just got home from the Farmers Market and lunch. They had a petting zoo set up for the kids today. On the Green ( the park area) they had a country band playing.

Yesterday DD Ria and family returned from their vacation and came to pick up Cody Bear (their dog). It was nice having them for dinner. Sure do miss the grandkids when they are away.

Everyone enjoy and have a relaxing day.

HAL Re: MAW'S SUNDAY OFFICE RAMBLE

    Ahoy There Everybody,
    eexing and
Currently deployed to Indiana. We're running an exercise to validate our ability to conse cordinate federal response to a Level I (the worst) disaster. We started moving out at 8:00 am. By off 5:00 pm, we were all at our destination(s). Since then, we've been wurking 12 hours on/12 hours off. Two days ago, I began to notice a tickle in the throat. By yesterday, it was a full-fledged sinnus infection. Tried to go in to wurk today; but, after 30 minutes of chome oughing, sneezing and generally feeling like crap, I went back to the hotel. So, today I'm TeleWorking. May have to do the same tomorrow if I can't break this.

Leaving here on Friday evening, headed back to the home base. SunFlower, and Sir Cody have moved back to Wolverine. On the 9th, I'm relocating also. Moving into an apartment ere in the area. No problems, just a financial choice. Maintaining two (2) households and commuting back and forth we were throwing money down the drain. By taking an apartment, we'll be cutting our costs by around two-thirds! That should pay for a cruise (or two) each year! As we are, planning it, she and Cody will be joining me around the first of the year, and stay until around April.

    Re: MAW'S SUNDAY OFFICE RAMBLE

Good afternoon Maw and friends. I'm heading back to work tomorrow in KY after spending a week working out of the corporate office in Valley Forge PA. It was a productive week. I flew in Sunday so that I could stop at Pat's in South Philly for a cheesesteak. Sorry to say for those who love them, it was like eating a White Castle with shredded beef. I visited a few of the historical sights in downtown Philly. I had limited time so I chose Congress Hall, Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. As many times as I've been to Philly I never took the time to see the sights. I went to the Valley Forge National Park during the week after work. I met a Ranger out on a walk and he shared lots of historical information. I have ancestors who fought in the Revolutionary War but from one of 2 states that didn't participate in Valley Forge - South Carolina. I also experience my first trip to Wegmans. It was as Suer described. Amazing. Sure wish we had one here.
    Maureen
