Good morning all!! Is it too late to join me in a hot cuppa. I seem to have one speed today very slow. All that tastes right is the orange juice. Not planning on doing much today. Paw went to grocery store and I could see no reason to go with him. Gotta kick this yuck by Friday so can go to Brendas.

Glad most of yur plans for coming together. Just wish those with health problems would enjoy a Good period.

Been watching the Hallmark movies mosty evening. Playing Chrismas rfecords did anyone else see Manheim Steam Rollars on Tv the other night.

Good Morning Maw & @ddict friends,
I'am on the run this morning, going to see the lung dr. to see what all those tests I had told him. After that I have a hair appointment. I should have been out the door 3 minutes ago.
Woke up to a very mild 30 this morning, mild for here that is. The sun is trying to peak out. When it warms like this that means more snow is on the way. I hope not there is no where to put anymore.
Maw staying home & warm is a good idea. Just relax the day away.

The weather warm up here in Augusta, it is in the sixties again.

It sounds like everyone is all gear up for the holidays, I myself found the season this year depressing but that is only me. Wishing all my addict friends a Merry Christmas.

Not much new on the home front, need to hit the grocery store today

Good morning Maw, Jan and Ramblers. Cloudy and cold right now but the sun is suppose to come up and warm to low 40s.

Maw, I've been watching the Hallmark channel and Lifetime too to see the Christmas specials.

Jan, I wish you well at the Dr's...fingers crossed that they can come up with a good treatment plan to get you back in shape for cruising!

Working from home today. Would "like" to work from home tomorrow too but don't know if that is in the cards yet.

Had a nice quiet birthday celebration for Leatherneck last night with Chris, Nathanael, Jack and Jacob joining us for dinner at home. Jacob spent the night and is still here as Leatherneck is off work. They are suppose to go out shopping soon.

Morning Maw and ramblers all! It's very gray here this morning but no snow. We had another dump on Monday but yesterday was clear and it looks like it might be another clear day again. That is good as I'm going out and about today. Lunch with a couple of good friends then back home to do a little baking. It's time to get the cinnamon and nutmeg smell in the air! Only problem is that it will go in the tummt as well!

Maw...feel better soon...you want to able to taste that Christmas dinner!

Good morning gang. Dreary and cold here today. School is out so I have 2 extra kids today--7 in all!!!

Maw, best thing to do is just take it easy these last few days so you can enjoy the holiday.

So glad I have everything done except getting the food to the table. No last minute rushing to the store. DD took the dogs to the beauty parlor today so they will look nice for the holiday.

Not much else is happening. Enjoy your day.

Good morning. Woke to a fairly warm day so I guess we are to have a green Christmas. Suits me as it is safer. But probably there will be snow on the hills so that will be pretty.

Lacey's beauty treatment must have worn her out as she has gone back to her bed after being up for 1/2 an hour.

We are meeting Bob & Wendy for lunch for our Christmas celebration. She wanted to have Christmas in her own home this year so she isn't joining us on Christmas day at dd Sandra's.

Maw rest up for your trip to Brenda's on the 25th. It is sure nice that our dd's have taken over the work of Christmas day. But I have to admit that I miss being able to do it.

Maw, rest up and feel better soon. With all the running around we do at this time of year it is no wonder we get sick.

Still raining here in So Cal. Heard on the radio there are evacuations in the fire areas. We are not near those areas but we do have some flooding. Makes it an interesting drive to work. Many drivers do not slow down. Our freeways are getting some pretty big potholes but the rain needs to stop before CalTrans can fix them.

Hope everyone is staying warm and toasty. Sounds like it is the season for a Hot Toddy :)

It is raining cats and dogs so to speak and it is going to be raining all day. Well the weather is going to be nice starting tomorrow the weather man says I still have a few things to do and I wanted to get them done tomorrow.

Good Morning Maw & fellow @ddicts! A grey day here with more light snow predicted for this evening.

I am moving very slowly, as well. I have alot to do - pack, finish baking off some cookies for my dad, finish wrapping presents to take with me and spend some time with my beloved cat who I will miss while away.

This morning my DH was up and out of here very, very early. He surprised me by heading into Macy's to pick up a few things that were on a really good early morning sale. He got me a nice big down alternative comforter (due to asthma - can't be around true down), a foot bath and a heated massage chair cushion. I thought that was really nice of him (and it saved me a trip into town today which I totally appreciate).

I am taking my laptop with me this year as we have a car service bringing me back & forth due to health issues. I will try to post for everyone but I hope you all have a wonderful Holiday - whether you celebrate Christmas or not - and remember that all food this week has NO calories whatsoever!
