Since there is no Mrs. Funnel I do most of the bbq myself.
I sometimes do the rest of the cooking too but usually together with friends or relatives.
It's easier to be at least two when grilling as it is hard work...
At least we who master the grill pretend so - that way they all feel so sorry for us so we are allowed to have a Glenlivet single malt to "quench our thirst" while grilling!

The dishes look great. I thought at first the white under the shrimp was either sliced fresh provolone or cream cheese. It wasn't until I saw a little bit of the yellow that it was egg slices.

Not only does it look good but it gives us an idea of what to have to eat here.
Seattle to Alaska and back to Seattle June 29th to July 13th with the Ducks
