    Shout Cruise Luggage Tag Holders

Not sure if these have made the rounds yet, but Bread found these and thought we'd share the info on them. They get good reviews and look like they would be better than just stapling the paper copies to your luggage. According to the documentation on the web site, they will work for numerous cruise lines. Appears they may make great gifts . . . . .

If anyone has already used them, please let me know your thoughts.

I haven't used them but there were some on my last princess cruise that did. The price isn't bad I suppose. I still prefer to use the tearable packing tape for tags that are printed out.

If you have one of those event ticket protectors it's the same thing basically.

    Re: Cruise Luggage Tag Holders

There was a thread on C@ several months ago about plastic luggage tag holders. Many were still using staples, others clear tape, some were laminating their own. At the time, I ordered a supply of these plastic tag holders (can't tell you from whom), and I'm very happy I did - I like the quality. I hope to initiate them on our Veendam cruise next May!

Thanks -- I will have to think about buying them if my hand-made ones don't last.

I made plastic sleeves for our luggage tags -- the same sleeves have been used for 3 cruises -- I just slip the new tags into the holders. When we are ready to leave the hotel I attach them to the suitcases using cable ties.

Looks like an excellent product for the purpose and they appear fairly durable. The price and shipping are reasonable. May be giving these a try ...

    Re: Cruise Luggage Tag Holders

I use three luggage tags for one piece of luggage. I put one inside of the luggage in case the outside ones get torn. I put one tag on each handle. I still use my old fashion way of the paper tags. I also use a tag on my tote bag and carry on bag.
