thanks for the info, I would like to try Cuba , just to do some differnt. I have talked to some people who did it on very small ships ( they were english ) and they enjoyed it
Thank you for the update. I too would like to see Cuba. I don't mind doing so on a Vision class ship (I've toured the Vision twice, but I have never sailed on that class of ship).
You're most welcome, George and Cruizer.
The topic of Cuba pops up from time to time in the cruise community. It has never gone beyond talk. We'll see if anything materializes this time.

It would be a good way to bring money and development into the country. Restoring old Havana would be a great project for Wyndam, Marriott, Hilton, and other such companies.

Thnaks for the information -- I would like to vist Cuba (port) for a change of pace

My Brother has been to Cuba many times, He find it very affordable.
The people are very friendly and helpful. He goes about twice a year and wishes he could go more often.
I'd go just for the Cuban coffee...strong but yummy.
Thanks for the article Mary Ann...
I suspect that the article is simply wishful thinking.
For non US citizens Thomson cruises has itineraries that include Havana.
I would go in a heart beat.
