    Helmet diving in Cozumel

I just recently booked my first cruise and saw the underwater helmet diving and I became very excited since I was born deaf and I have an electronic in my ear to help me hear- this means I can never go under water and so here's my question:

For those that have gone, was the preassure bad while sinking to the ocean floor? For example, if I wear earplugs I cannot go more than 3 feet without emense preassure in my ears, however I have no trouble on air planes. I'm thinking since the helmet allows oxygen to be around my entire head perhaps the preassure isnt as great as earplugs cause. Please let me know any experience you think might help! Thanks!

I have my fingers crossed it will work out

Have never done a helmet dive so not sure how deep they go but think you would be more than three feet as the object is to get into areas of sealife, plants and possible coral.

I was signed up for that the last time I was in Cozumel. So I could tell you all about it except for one little detail - the excursion was canceled because of the weather.

Paw did this in Cozemel-he was rather disappointed --he said was so murkey he could barely see. Actually it is more like having a buckey over you head and if you lean too far forward or back you get water inside. Don't think it works as you are thinking.
