What car rental companies have drop off locations at Port of Miami?

I'm pretty sure my son dropped off a rental car at POM a few years ago.

I used Hertz in Feb 08, they have an office by the waterfront and offer a free shuttle to the ship.

Hertz and Avis have shuttle servive. Hertz from the downtown location and Avis from the airport. I recommend Avis. I used Hertz and its just a small office with long lines. All they have is a van to shuttle you and there were a lot of people waiting. Rather than wait I took a $12 taxi ride to the port. My daughter took Avis and had no problem. They have a bus.
