We can get Louisiana Crawfish in our stores here.
These fellows were captured in the lake at our summer house and cooked by my BIL.

As far as I am concerned it is a crawdad--I have eaten them but way to many other good things. Maybe I will get some oysters this cruise-will look forward to all the other things. Well there goes the diet.

We too!!! Crawdads are for fishing!! As a child I would catch them in the little creek/pond near our house, then sell them to the guys going fishing. I knew what the water was like where they came from
