Now an older post but to update, end of August it cost $10 for the Canaletto and no problem getting reservations on the Zuiderdam... and though I thought I'd read a glass of wine was included... surprise, NOT... It was still a good meal and the most personable service we had the entire trip, even topping the Pinnacle.
