laundry
We are going to be on the Ryndam for 21 days in June/July for a Scandinavian cruise. Has anyone used the laundry facilities on this ship?

Its been a few years ,but we had excellent service. you get a laundry bag and fill it up and leave on your bed in the morning
next day you will get it back, If you have a suite there is no charge , sorry but I don't remember how much it cost.

Have used the self service laundry a couple of times and found it to be quite satisfactory. Best time is early AM on a sea day.

Since we always book either the PS or the S -- laundry is free for us. But I am very careful what I send out -- mostly only DH's sport shirts and tuxedo shirts and dress shirts.
All other items I do use the laundry room -- washers on this ship cost $2 -- push the button to release the special biodegradeable soap. The dryers are $1 -- bring your own fabric softner sheets.
The machines take quarters which you can get from the Front Desk.
Cruising is a wonderful way to enjoy retirement.
