When you buy a soda card is it strictly for soda or can you get juice or water? If not, do they have a juice dispenser in the windjammer cafe? Is there a charge for beverages when you order room service? Not including alcohol of course.

Tap water, juice, iced tea, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. are all free no matter where you get them from... the dining room, windjammer, or room service.
