Pucci was pleased to see the Poodle ranked in there. But then I wonder how they reproduce if all Poodles are female (per my note from yesterday). <img src=http://www.gifmania.co.uk/dogs/poodle/ipiuo78.gif>

    My vote would be #4.

Glo, I don't see the Pitterrierhuahua listed on the AKC drop down menu.

Denise - LOVE that photo. What is that around Georgie's neck - a bark suppressor??

    TC - I think Glo is joking, creating a Pitt Bull-Terrier-Chihuahua mix.::eek:

This is my Pitterrierhuahua... Kiefer is 1/2 Pitt bull, 1/4 Wire Fox Terrier and 1/4 Chihuahua. He weighs 55 lbs. Pretty funny, huh?

    well..
I started out with a dog that does not even make any list :lol
as it is so rare that only about 1000 puppies are registered over here each year.

the "Dandie Dinmont".. and that IS a registered breed.. honest.. and a terrier.

here I am with him. He lived for 17 1/2 years..

then I moved on to #9 on the list..

she lived for 19 1/2 years.. she was about 19 when this photo was taken..

then I moved on to #4 on the list... he lived for 14 years..

And now we are left with a "button".. she is a longhairedgenepool mix, and will be 15 this June :lol

yes.. all tarted up and ready to show....:lol
my poor dog grew up in the war, so to me he was just a regular dog.. I loved him dearly, and as I walked he would run a tight circle around my feet. far enough that I never tripped.. But I figured that for every mile I walked.. he had to have walked 5 :grin

the picture of this one here looks a lot more like mine.. young and unkempt :lol

You've been very fortunate with the ages all your beloved pooches have lived, Red.

Yes I have been Mary Ann.

The "dandy".. he was in great shape, he loved to walk all around a square block of roads each day. He never went into the road, he just walked that square.

One day a man knocked at the door, he had my darling in his arms, he had come down the hill and made his turn too fast and mounted the curb and hit him..

I have wondered all my life what age he would have reached if not for that.

WOW some GREAT pictures of all our @ddict furbabies past and present! Red, I never heard of the breed before but what a cutie!

Mary Ann, we live in a wooded community where we are not allowed to have fences so both Buck and Georgie wear Invisible Fence electronic collars.

Everyone has nice looking dogs. :)

Our dog is a black lab, she is 13 this year, and now sleeps about 22 hours of the day. But she still has spunk, wags her tail and can get up and go outside when she needs to, or, if it is sunny, to go out and lay in the sunshine. She can't climb the steps to go upstairs to sleep anymore, this within the last two months, but she has adjusted very well to sleeping down on the first floor. She adjusted much better than we did. :lol
