    On our June 10 Amsterdam there was a Cellar Master's Lunch ($39 per person - limited to 12 people) held on Tracy Arm Day at Noon in the Pinnacle:

    Corn & Bacon Chowder with Chipotle Creme Fraiche

    Grilled New York Strip Loin with Tomato Jam, Frites and Grilled Asparagus
    Pan Seared Salmon with Lemon Marmalade, Potato Rosti and Roasted Roma Tomatoes
    Cauliflower Chickpea Curry with Coriander Yogurt and Basmati Rice
