Bad Quote

Today we called our TA to price an upgrade to a JS on the Jewel of the Seas that we are doing a b2b on in December. He calls back with what we feel is a good price...so we tell him to go ahead with upgrade and give him a cabin number to book. He calls them to do the upgrade and is told that his figures are wrong ....he talks with a supervisor and is advised that nothing can be done. The correct figure was almost double that of the original quote. So that ended that dream.

I'm sure you were very disappointed...on the plus side you're still cruising in your first choice of cabin category! Keep your eyes open...perhaps another opportunity will come your way!

UPDATE... I had posted about this situation on their Facebook page. Today I received a call from my TA ...who was told that they saw the Facebook post and that they were issuing us a generous OBC for both legs of our b2b.
