They tasted great, Beryl. I accidentally put in one too many eggs, so I backed the milk down to 1 1/4 cups - but it worked and they popped. And it gave us 10 good puddings. The meat drippings sure turn these into something other than just a normal popover. It was fun watching them pop up too.
