JILL's BROCCOLI PIE 2 Pkgs. chopped broccoli 1 lb. shredded mozzarella 3 eggs Chopped garlic (according to taste) Olive oil Grated parmesan cheese Sprinkle of salt SautÃƒÂ© broccoli in garlic & oil Mix separately eggs and both cheeses. Place sauteed broccoli in a bottom pie crust and pour egg mixture on top, cover top with another pie crust. Optional: brush top with egg. Helpful Hint; I always cover (scrunch) foil around the perimeters to avoid the fluted edges from burning before pie is done. Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees ENJOY!
