My family and I (9 of us all together), will be taking our first trip to Alaska aboard Carnival's Spirit. With only 3 weeks to go we are all getting very excited. We will be cruising from Seward to Vancouver. Anyone else out there travelling with us I would love to hear from you.........

For any of you who have cruised the same itinerary (Juneau, Ketchikan, Sitka, Skagway) any tips, tricks, or favorite tour information would be greatly appreciated. This is a once and a lifetime apportunity and we don't want to miss the best the cruise will have to offer us.

Hope to hear from you soon

My daughter and I will also be traveling on the spirit 8/20/03. We also are on the land package 8/17/03. Our ages are 63 and 47. We sure would love to meet up with others. We have taken many cruises, but this the firist time for Alaska. We are looking forward to hiking and kayaking and just seeing the sights.

Hello,

We will be on the same voyage with you and your family. Our group is a bit smaller (three of us - wife, son, & myself) and we are also getting excited. From what we have heard, this trip is totally awesome. Trying to decide what to do while in port is difficult for us - any recommendations? Thanks.

The 9 of us are from New England and we range in age from 25 to 83, a few generations will be with us. We have all been discussing the excursions and maby are still uinsure what they would like to do. I know that I am going with Captain Larry on the Whale Watch in Juneau and myself, dad, and grandpa are doing the crab boil at one of the other stops. This being our first trip also, everything else is still up in the air.
