CHEESE GARLIC BISCUITS Servings: 12 biscuits 2 cup buttermilk baking mix (or Bisquick) 2⁄3 cup milk 3⁄4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄4 cup melted butter or margarine 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon chopped parsley Mix baking mix, milk and cheese until a soft dough forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop dough by spoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 450 F until browned. Mix margarine, garlic powder and parsley and drizzle on top of hot biscuits. Serve warm.
