Crock Pot French Dip

    Crock Pot
    Easy French Dip Sandwiches

    8 servings Prep: 5 min Cook: 8 hours​

    3 lbs Beef Sirloin Tip Roast
    2Packets dry Au Jus mix
    2 cups water
    8 (1 ounce) slices provolone cheese
    8 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise

    Place the roast in the crock-pot. Stir together the water and Au Jus mix. Pour over the roast. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
    Remove the meat from the cooker and shred. Open hoagie rolls and top with beef and the cheese. Serve with small bowls of the hot Au Jus from the slow cooker.

    [FONT=&quot] I use 3 pkg of au jus and three cups water. Also, perhaps my cooker is old, I do this on the high heat, not the low.
