Can anyone tell me what the differences, if any, are between the Oasis of the Seas and the Allure of the Seas? We are trying to plan for the summer and would like to get going with it. Are there different shows or other features? Thanks for whatever info you can give me.

I saw a thread on another board about this and they pointed out 3 differences between Oasis and Allure.
The show on Oasis is "Hairspray" and the show on Allure is "Chicago" (may change in the future).
Allure has a multimedia stage that Oasis does not have.
Allure has a hot dog place while Oasis has a doughnut place.

As Mary Ann suggested, PM Christoffer about this as he has cruised both and will have more information.

Well, the most important thing for sure is that Allure is approx 2'' longer than Oasis, at least that what they say:smile:
Like Erik said, Allure does have Chicago and Oasis have the Hairspray.
Ice shows were different, think that the production shows are different too, did not go to the show in Aqua Theatre on Allure, that show can also be different on both ships. Did not go to that many shows on Allure, even if I had booked myself to almost every show.

Oasis does have Seafood Shack and Allure does have the Mexican restaurant, Rita's Cantina.
There is a Starbucks on Allure but not onboard the Oasis.
Allure of the Seas does have the Brazilian restaurant, Samba Grill.
Britto Gallery and shop is onboard the Allure.

Allure does have small handy iPod/iPhone charger-speaker, Oasis does not have it.
Both ships are fantastic, you're gonna have a blast on both ships. If you ask me which one I would cruise again, maybe would choose the Allure.

Then the choise would be easy for me as I don't like huge ships, I would definetly go for the MUCH smaller Oasis...!
Of course I'm kidding; I like both medium, big and huge sized ships - at least I think so, as I have not sailed anything bigger than the Voyager/Eagle class yet.

Great photos, Cruizer!
Interesting to see that they moved the forward lifeboat further back on Allure. I guess the reason was the problem Oasis had with the forward lifeboats when they crossed the Atlantic ocean.
