Eggs Benedict



Hubby is nuts for these and WAY too much work to make at home. He loves to go to the dine room for breakfast just for this special. However, except for our cruise on the Carnival Spirit last year, they are usually TERRIBLE: muffin soggy, eggs hard, sauce dried out, like they have been sitting on a heating/stem table too long.

Are they any good on NCL? Especially the Dream. Are they available in regular dining room? Whats this I read about Le Bistro for breakfast/brunch?
