Grand Marnier Fruit cup

here is a simple, elegant and refreshing dessert that I love to use after a heavy first course, or as a summer dessert.

Grand Marnier Fruit cup

1 small nectarine or peach
2 small purple plums
1 small red apple
24 seedless grapes
2-tsp fresh lemon juice
Sugar substitute equal to 2 tbsp sugar
1 ½ TBSP Grand Marnier

Peel peach; remove stone from fruit and core from apple.
Cut grapes in half, cut remaining fruit into bite sized pieces.
Mix fruits with remaining ingredients. Turn into a jar, cover and chill well for a few hours to blend in flavours.
One serving is ½ cup 59 calories.
