    Yes. There are hair dryers in every cabin. They are at least 1500 watts and maybe more. They are more than adequate for my (short hair) use. If you have an "S" cateogry cabin, you will find the dryer in a drawer of the dressing table. In other cabins, you will find it either on the closet shelf or in a drawer. If for whatever reason you don't find one, ask your steward.

    I remember seeing them on the wall in the bathroom near the mirror.

    The hair blowers hung on the wall in the bathrooms are the old ones and you'll grow old trying to dry your hair with it. All of the cabins on all of the ships got new dryers a few years ago and are the ones I have described. The one on the wall is a good backup, I suppose, just in case the other one dies when you are rushing to dress but it's a typical horrible hotel style one.
