reggae - we just use Hunts hickory smoked flavor. Or the equivalent of the store brand. Two bottles should do it.

I LOVE Corky's down in Memphis. Their dry rub ribs are the TOPS in my book. Yum!! :)


I don't use mine near as much as I should. My problem is I leave for work at 4:20 a.m. and don't get home till 6:00 p.m. For most things that is too long to cook even on low. And if I put it on a timmer I am afraid of the meat sitting unrefrigerated that long. Any suggestions?

We do the pork BBQ all the time and just use the store bought sauces. It's a great dish to make for casual parties.
