Here's a very easy one. Peppermint Bark 1 lb milk choc. 1 lb white choc. 3-4 candy canes. Melt 1 lb of milk choc. I melt it in the microwave at 50% power for 2 1/2 mins. or until smooth. Take a cookie sheet or jelly roll tray and lay parchment paper down (you could use buttered wax paper instead). Pour the melted choc. on the paper and smooth it out. Stick it in the fridge for 15mins (I used the freezer for 8). Take some candy canes and put them in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin or smack them on the counter until they are like crumbs. Melt 1 lb of white choc. Same sort of melting technique using the microwave. Take the tray out of the refridge and pour the white choc. over the milk choc. Sprinkle the top with the crushed candy canes. Put back in the fridge/freezer to harden - 10 mins or so. When done, take it out and invert the tray onto a clean counter top. Break it apart with a rolling pin or something heavy. That's it. Pretty easy.
