I am sailing on the Princess Sapphire on May 22nd. We have chosen traditional dining, but there may be a couple of times that we want to do the specialty dining. I know there is a cover charge for the Italian dining room of $20.00 a person. But is there a cover charge for any of the other speciality dining rooms?
Hope to hear from someone soon.

We were on the Diamond last July (sister ship of the Sapphire) and the only restaurant that you need to pay a fee for is Sabatini's the Italian one. We had personal choice dining and I am pretty sure that if you have traditional, you aren't allowed to go to the four dining rooms that are personal choice. Sabatini's is separate from the others.

My daughter and I are going on the Sapphire on 5/15. We are doing PC dining, but if I understand the info on the Princess web site, you can request items from the other dining room menus even if you are doing traditional. The specialty dining room menus are the same every day, only the traditional menu changes daily. Also I read that you can request to swich your dining choice during the cruise if you want.
