Pineapple Cake

    Servings: about 12

    Cake

    2 cups flour

    2 eggs

    2 cups sugar

    2 teaspoons soda

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple

    1 cup chopped nuts

    Frosting

    8 ounces cream cheese

    1⁄2 cup margarine

    11⁄3 cup powdered sugar

    For the cake, mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into greased 9-by-12-inch baking pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

    For the frosting, mix all ingredients together and frost cooled cake.

    So can we assume that this is not a Pineapple upside down cake as apposed to a Pineapple right side up cake ?????
