We just found out that he had a heart attack...they have put in a stint and it seems to be fine.

We are leaving now to see him....Please keep him in your thoughts!

    Thanks so much!

Kiffen, Sorry he had a heart attack, but placing a stent is quite successful and with very little recovery time. Hopefully he will be home in a few days, take Plavix for six months and be back to his old self quickly. Best wishes for a speedy and uneventful recovery.

Prayers for your to-be grandpa. I am sure he'll be fine soon, it's just scary getting there.

Prayers on their way for your fiance's Grandpa. Stents work miracles these days. I wish him a speedy recovery.

Thanks for all the well wishes! They kept him overnight last night for observations and have decided to keep him tonight as well.

He is much more responsive today...and is complaining about the food! So that is always good.

The doctor has told him that he will be fine to go on our cruise to Alaska leaving on August 30th! So that's awesome too :)

    Thanks again,

Hope he has a speedy recovery; with the stent in he will probably feel better than he has in a long time.
