ROYAL CARIBBEAN CRUISES LTD. SIGNS AGREEMENT TO OBTAIN MOTOR-COACH TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FROM ALASKA INDEPENDENT COACH COMPANY

MIAMI, October 5, 2004 - Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. today announced that it has signed an agreement that calls for the Alaska Independent Coach Company, LLC, to provide motor-coach transportation for shore excursions in Juneau, Ketchikan and Skagway, Alaska.

Alaska Independent Coach Company will begin providing motor-coach transportation for the 2005 Alaskan summer season for both Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises.

Alaska Independent Coach Company's president is Tom Tougas, a 30-year tourism industry veteran, who owns several tour companies across the state.

"Tom's reputation as a well-respected local operator is almost legendary in Alaska," said Craig Milan, president of Royal Celebrity Tours, the land-tour company launched by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. "This agreement will allow us to continue our tradition of taking guests to some of the most breathtaking locations in the Last Frontier in comfort and safety."
