Reservation Problems with White Pass&Yukon Rail Road

    I called the White Pass & Yukon Rail Road to confirm that my reservations (made on line using their website reservation system) was received.
    I was told that they have been having problems with their email system and have lost many emails.
    Subsequently, they never received my email and of course could not send any confirmation.
    If you've booked your reservations online and have not received a confirmation number you may want to call them and see if your reservation is lost in Email Space.
