Royal Caribbean recipes



Just ate Thai Coconut Shrimp at a cooking demo on the Grandeur of the Seas. Unfortunately, I mis-placed the recipe. Can anyone help me? Thx, Russtro



Would you happen to have the recipe for the Corn chowder they serve on RCCL's Empress.


I just got back from Grandeur of the seas. I don't know if this is the class they did for you but this was the one they did for me.

Jumbo Prawns in curry coconut sauce (serves 8)

2 teaspoons lemon juice

3 tesaspoons Turmeric Powder
2 teaspoons fine chopped Ginger
2LBs jumbo prawns
3 Whole copped Onion
1oz fresh chopped inger
10 cloves garlic fine chopped
1 teaspoon Red chili Powder
3 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Tomato Paste
6 Medium size chopped Tomatoes
1 Can unsweetened fresh coconut milk
20g fresh chopped cilantro
salt pepper, vegetable oil

In pan saute the prawns & remove
In the same pan add the oil saute the onions till brown
Add the chopped ginger and garlic
saute till it sticks to the pan
Add a little water & the chopped tomatoes
Let the sauce simmer for a while & ad the prawns
Finish the curry with the coconut milk & fresh chopped cilantro.
