I booked a cruise on the Sun Princess to Alaska for my dad and his girlfriend. I'm meeting with them tomorrow to "go over" all the details and I wanted to have as much information for them as possible. However, when I go to www.princess.com, it seems like most of the site is down. I can't sign in, get into the cruise personalizer or view the shore excursions. I called Princess several hours ago and was told that the site had been down for "20 minutes" and to check back in about an hour and a half. The rep said that when he worked last Wednesday or Thursday the site was down then too. I've checked back a few times since, and I'm getting the same problem. When I booked the trip last Monday it was doing the same thing, and I couldn't even get pricing info. (So, I booked through Expedia!) Did the Princess rep I spoke with just not know what he was talking about, or do I need to be more patient and keep checking back?? Any advice is appreciated.
