Cruise Videos

The 2010 Thanksgiving cruise on the Disney's Wonder had a once in a life time cruising experience as the Wonder's day at sea passed the Disney's Magic in port at Castaway Cay. Passing within a mile of each other (more like a couple hundred yards) the two ships signaled each other multiple times including the signature 'When you wish upon a star' horn and a fun attempt at the Close Encounters of the Third Kind's ships signal.

This video was taken from the top deck forward (by my father). This happened around noon. There was another pass by, apparently closer, at 5pm when the Magic was leaving dock. I've heard that the two ships were close enough that you could hear the chatter of people on either ship, but not clearly.
